A couple of dates have popped up on Ticketmaster, both on sale Dec. 16th.
Jan 17 - Tucson, AZ - Tucson Arena
Jan 18 - Albuquerque, NM - Tingley Coliseum
EDIT: The shows have since been taken down so if Tool is touring, there should be an official announcement very soon.
